Client relationship management has been around for many years and most professional services firms operating in the built environment have a programme (or at least a recognition) focussed on their key clients. Client-Centricity is the latest buzz-phrase in this area and it has taken this concept new levels. It is now seen as one of the key competitive battle-grounds (along with technology, expertise and price).
This session looks at what it means to be a Client-Centric organisation and the role people need to play to become and stay client centric. We will explore some of the research in this area as well as explore the skills and behaviours required at every interaction.
