This presentation explores the use of various construction management techniques and particularly identifies what project teams can do to develop Early Warning Systems to spot and deal with potential issues. The presentation will look at a range of strategies from procurement through to delivery and what steps can be taken to give a project team the best chance of success.

About the Speaker
Andrew Woodward is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a contracting background drawn from the delivery of complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Based in Qatar, Andrew brings his detailed construction experience to the wider GCC region helping parties with matters of dispute surrounding the difficult issues of quantum and delay.
