The seminar is focused on facilities management sourcing strategies and how they can be utilized as a tool to support organizations in optimizing FM functions.
The seminar reviews the considerations for developing an effective sourcing strategy for facilities management. It further reviews the range of sourcing options to be considered and how they can be aligned to an organization’s objectives.
This will be accompanied by tailored framework developed as a guide to an effective facilities management.
Upon completion, the attendees will:
- Understand the strategic, tactical and operational roles of FM;
- Understand the various sourcing options for FM;
- Recognize the significance of developing an effective FM sourcing strategy, and
- Understand factors that affect FM sourcing strategy.

About the Speaker
Yunusa Aminu Dorayi is a Chartered FM Professional with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), holding over 10 years’ experience in design, construction, operations and consultancy.
Attained an M.Sc. in Facilities Management from Heriot Watt University and currently pursuing a Doctorate from the University of Northampton. She is with experience in projects worldwide including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
