RICS is delighted to invite you to a CPD run on Practical Aspects of Adjudication which will be held on 1 April 2020 at B303, The Design House, Al Sufouh Gardens, Dubai.
A practical understanding of the Adjudication process and what it entails, the roles of the parties and the Adjudicator and the component parts of the process including award. The seminar will provide tips on how to present written documentation, how to prepare evidence, prepare for a hearing and manage time.
Attendees can expect to learn about the following:

About the Speaker
Andrew Mason is a Fellow member of RICS (FRICS) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCI Arb). With a 30-year QS career in Europe, USA and Middle East, he works as an Adjudicator, Arbitrator, Expert Witness, Mediator, Strategic Consultant and Man of Skill acting for private clients, family offices and corporate clients across a wide range of sectors. He holds a Lifetime Achievement Award from Glasgow Caledonian University and is a regular lecturer and speaker on construction, real estate and business issues.
