About the Speaker
Scott is a partner in the firm’s Dubai office. He is a leading construction lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Scott has worked in the GCC for over 5 years now having joined Beale & Company from a large Middle Eastern law firm. He was previously with Australian firm Holding Redlich where he was a partner in the Construction and Infrastructure team.
Scott is an experienced projects lawyer. He is experienced at advising on FIDIC based, bespoke contracts and all related documents. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters. He is able to assist with managing, resolving and pursuing disputes. He brings strong experience and knowledge to the table to assist clients with the best strategy to achieve the best outcomes.
Scott speaks regularly for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors across the Middle East and frequently presents at industry forums.
