The seminar examines and compares costs that are typically admissible and non-admissible for prolongation costs. There will be a discussion on different approaches and criticisms on them.
The latter half of the program will be on different approaches in calculation of loss of productivity costs, their pros and cons, and the records required.

- Appreciate the methodologies available for calculation of loss of productivity and their pros and cons.

Scott is a Claims Director of Faithful+Gould. He has over 20 years of claims and project management experience throughout the Middle East, Algeria, India, and Trinidad & Tobago. He has provided consultations on projects in distress including power plant, metal refinery, oil & gas refinery complex, LPG plant, refinery complex expansion, oil & gas U&O, petrochemical plant, rail, water treatment plant, highway, and building. Scott has prepared expert reports for arbitrations and provided arbitration management services.
